International AR Specialist

Accountants One has been hired by a successful company in the food industry to recruit an International Accounts Receivable Specialist to add to their team due to a promotion. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual in Spanish & English and have 4+ years experience processing full-cycle Accounts Receivable.

Main Responsibilities – Monthly Billing, Cash Applications, Customer Reconciliations, Prepare AR Reports, Investigate Past Due Invoices

Job Duties:

• Process monthly billing, cash applications and customer reconciliations
• Prepare AR aging report and review with operations team each month
• Apply cash receipts daily and ensure credit payments don’t sit unapplied
• Analyze and reconcile distributor accounts and open receivables
• Analyze franchisee payment trends and open receivables to give updates weekly
• Help prepare Bad Debt analysis
• High level customer service with internal and external customers
• Research and resolve disputed receivables, double billings, short pays
• Prepare and enter adjustments as needed
• Develop action plans for delinquencies and other franchisee account issues
• Make sure sales reporting system and Microsoft AX are working together properly
• Train team members on position as back up
• Follow cash application and dunning letter process deadlines
• Update tracker file for friendly emails, dunning letters and payment plans
• Respond to International Operations team and franchisees to maintain great communication
• Help with other projects as needed for the Revenue and AR Director or other members of management for all divisions

Requirements:

• Bi-lingual – Spanish/English required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
• Bachelors degree preferred not required
• 4+ years Accounts Receivable experience
• International Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Experience using Excel
• Experience using Microsoft AX preferred
• Experience running queries preferred

$55,000 - $65,000 + 5% Annual Bonus
