Manufacturing Company in Duluth needs an Accounts Payable Coordinator.

This Accounts Payable Coordinator joins a great team and will be responsible for:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable including matching documents, coding and data entry, research discrepancies, and communication with vendors 
• Entering employee expense reports
• Analyze freight costs
• Maintain monthly sales and use tax accrual spreadsheet
• Assist with other ad hoc and month end tasks related to Accounts Payable 

Requirements:

• Degree preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• 4+ years Accounts Payable experience
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred. 
• Experience with CostPoint a plus
