Accountants One is hired to help the North American HQ of a global company hire a Controller.  This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and really make an impact through process improvement and focus on best practices.  

The successful candidate will have experience with manufacturing or distribution, preferably with international business units.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end close process and produce Financial Statements
• Produce monthly reporting package for European parent company
• Perform variance analysis and rolling forecasts
• Implement or improve internal controls
• Prepare annual budget
• Manage audit relationship and process
• Cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Improve Credit Policy and manage A/R aging and collections

Job Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance degree
• CPA preferred
• Eight or more years of full cycle accounting experience
• Three or more years of management experience
• Strong ERP and Excel experience
• Leadership skills, comfortable being decision maker
