A growing regional Law Firm in Midtown, Atlanta is seeking a Finance Director/Controller to join the company. This top Finance professional will report to the Managing Partner and work closely with the Management Committee, Human Resources, Billing, and IT to guide the firm in successful and strategic growth. This Finance Director Controller with staff of four direct reports will be responsible for:

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (cash applications and collections)
• Payroll
• Monthly and annual close of general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• Financial analysis of financial statements, profit centers and receivables
• KPI  and other reports for the management team
• Suggest improvements to processes and software as needed.
• Budgeting and forecasting  

Job Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance degree, CPA a plus
• 7 or more years of experience managing an accounting department
• 3 or more years of experience in a professional services environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Orion or similar law firm software
