Controller

Accountants One is working with a Real Estate firm in the North Atlanta/Alpharetta Area looking to add top talent Controller to their team. This company has great benefits and a dynamic and collaborative team. This position is 5 days in the office with flexibility. This role will report directly to the CFO.

Controller Responsibilities:

Overlook the accounting team in general accounting processes.
Manage full-cycle accounting.
Evaluate and report cost variances.
Prepare and review financial statements.
Coordinate and aid with the budget processes.
Present monthly, quarterly, and year-end analyses.

Controller Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred, but not required.
Real Estate experience is a must-have for the role
5+ years of accounting experience in Real Estate
Strong leadership, research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
Knowledge of GAAP
