Manager Accounting and Financial Reporting

Manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting needed by perimeter area company with over $2.5 billion in assets. Due to growth, this Manager of Accounting and Reporting will support an experienced Director and have two direct reports and interact with finance and accounting team as well as Senior Management. Responsibilities include:

Overseeing production of Quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
Managing Database of financial information needed to report to project partners
Prepare reports in compliance with Bond and loan compliance agreements
Coordinate with external auditors
Evaluate and research and implement new pronouncements from GASB and FASB for disclosure

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance

10+ years of public accounting, technical accounting research and financial reporting experience
4+ years leadership experience
CPA or MBA highly preferred
