Accountants One has a repeat client in Buckhead that is hiring a Controller. The Controller has a part time assistant who does the a/p. This is a Family business that does about 5 Million in Revenue. This person will be responsible for all of the finances and a few employees. They will report to 3 Family members that are equal partners in the company. Company has 40  employees and very well recognized in their industry. This person will work in the office 3 to 4 days a week and 1 to 2 days at home. The hours are flexible but they really need someone in the office depending on when the executives are in the office. Beautiful offices and top of line office. Business professional and on Fridays casual. 

Responsibilities:

• Month-end Closing
• Journal Entries
• Bank Reconciliations
• Manage 2 to 3 employees
• System reports on all financials, daily, weekly, monthly
• Internal audit
• payroll, billing, some Human Resources
• Handle some personal confidential things

Requirements:

• 5 years experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager 
• Handled over 5 Million in Revenue
• Work small family business in the past preferred
• Expert QuickBooks on line and Excel
• Managed a few people
• ERP system and conversion experience
