Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager – Cartersville, GA - $75,000 - $90,000 – Hybrid after training

Accountants One has been hired by a growing company to recruit a Senior Accountant to add to their growing business. The ideal candidate will have experience with hands-on month-end close, financial statement creation and analysis.

Duties:

Collaborate with other divisions regularly for financial information
Process full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts through gathering information
Create financial statements for management team in the management company and subsidiaries
Manage month-end close process
Help improve processes and procedures
Help with annual budgeting process
- Create reviews of budget to actuals
Help process payroll and benefits through ADP
Provide weekly and monthly financial management reports
As company grows this role will likely manage some staff when hired

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting
Hands-on experience processing month-end and financial reports
Experience processing payroll a plus
QuickBooks experience a plus
Advanced Excel skills
