Accountants One is working with a growing company in the Metro Atlanta area looking for a Senior Tax Analyst. The company is growing looking to add to the accounting team and this person will work directly with the Assistant Controller.  This is a fun fast -paced organization and rewards their employees.

Senior Tax Analyst will handle the following:

• Prepare indirect tax returns for monthly, quarterly and/or annual fillings
• Review capital asset to determine if transaction is taxable
• Research transactional tax issues; assist with ad hoc query
• Prepare and assist with transactional tax audits
• Handle reconciliation and indirect tax general ledger accounts 
• Assist with compliance tax policies and procedures documentation, process improvements and automation.
• Coordinate income tax work with external service provider
• Any special tax projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Tax or Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience indirect tax and transaction tax
• Indirect tax exp- Sales and Used, Property Tax etc
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• ERP Systems exp
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
