Are you a Staff Accountant who wants excellent benefits and training? We are hiring a Staff Accountant for one of our client accounts in Winder, GA.  This organization is a retail leasing office with national reach. The Staff Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager. 

Staff Accountant will be in-office and responsibilities include:

• Assist in billing all line items related to lease accounting contracts
• Organize all Lease accounting  documents from remote salespeople and customers
• Handle special AP vendors with recurring charges to correct billing periods to coincide with lease period
• Research and respond to billing inquiries
• Support Collections specialist with Lien Waiver verifications
• Special Project to convert customer to online billing

Required:

• Degree a plus OR 5+ years bookkeeping experience
• Experience with Sage 300 CRE and/or VersaPay a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
