Accountants One is working with a large privately held growing company in the Metro Atlanta area looking to grow their finance team. They are adding to the team a Finance Manager, who will support the Senior Leadership in making financial decisions for the company. The Finance Manager will handle the following:

• Responsible for the creation of an annual Capital Expense plan, work with functional leaders to develop the planning process, review with and present to Management.
• Preparation and Review of Capital Expenditure proposals to ensure that they are complete, accurate and comply with Company requirements.
• Develops and maintains models and analyses to aid functional leaders in the evaluation, prioritization, and expected ROI of proposed Capital Expense projects.
• Maintains/consolidates all financial records in relation to all major projects.
• Ensures proper control on spend for approved Capital Expenditures.
• Maintains, develops and implements internal controls in relation to project approval and spend.
• Manages the preparation of executive / board level presentations in relation to project capital requirements.
• Creates process procedures, standards, and flows for current and future state initiatives/analysis.

Requirements:

• MBA and or CPA preferred
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
• 7+ years of experience
• CAPEX planning experience
• Fixed Assets Accounting experience 
• Must be able to build financial models
• Demonstrate high level of confidentiality with company’s financials
• Excellent interpersonal skills to be internal and external relationships
• Advanced Excel
