Accountants One engaged to help a $100 million company recently acquired by a multi-billion dollar corporation hire a Finance Manager.  This is an outstanding opportunity to help create processes, systems and KPI reports.  This company will serve as the platform to grow into a whole new sector for a large, well-established company.  It is the best of both worlds, deep pockets and a desire to expand into new markets. 

Job Duties:

• Help design and prepare a monthly reporting package for both financial and operational management teams
• Work closely with field and operations teams to learn the business at a level that allows deep analysis and forecasting.
• Extensive forecasting and modeling to include sales / revenue forecast, expense forecast, staffing forecast, IRR, NPV
• Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, margin analysis
• Present to CFO and key operations management 

Job Requirements:

• Accounting / Finance degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience in project based services or professional services
• Advanced modeling skills a must
• Advanced Excel required; Power BI a big plus
• Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate across teams
• Experience in Job Cost / Project Accounting environment
• Ability to create new processes, implement new procedures
