Job Cost Analyst – Sandy Springs, GA - $70k - $80k (Hybrid)

Accountants One has been hired by a successful distribution company to recruit a Job Cost Analyst to add to their US team. The ideal candidate will have Job Cost Analysis experience using Power BI. This role will help manage and control the country business, specifically for standard cost determination and control, cost accounting and billing and cost analysis.

Duties:

• Provide management with daily job cost information through Power BI, specifying and copairing factors affecting profitability
• Maintain financial dashboard in Power BI
• Perform ad hoc reports to support operations team
• Process monthly job cost audits, mishandling charge code audits and auto profit share audits
• Train new department managers and branch managers as needed

Requirements:

• Accounting, Finance or Business degree
• 2+ years experience
• Financial reporting knowledge and experience on the job
• Freight forwarding, transportation, logistics or supply chain experience required
• Power BI experience
• Strong Excel skills and general computer skills
• Meet monthly deadlines
• Strong knowledge of cost determination and analysis
