Job Duties:
- Prepare month-end close and produce financial statements for multiple business units
- Assist with consolidated financial statements and reporting package for private equity investors
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation, research exceptions
- Assist with consolidated annual audit, provide schedules and documents
- Special projects as assigned by CFO and Controller including M&A projects
- Act as liaison between operating business units and corporate accounting
Job Requirements:
- Accounting degree required, CPA is a plus
- Minimum of three years of full-cycle, corporate accounting
- CPA firm experience preferred, but not required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong ERP experience
- Ability to multi-task, working on accounting and finance functions
