Account Coordinator

Accountants One is excited to add an Account Coordinator to our growing team. This role will be an integral part of the team and support a Senior Recruiter with their recruitment as well as work on special projects for the management team. The Account Coordinator will learn all aspects of the recruiting industry and will have a defined growth path within the firm. This is a great opportunity for professional development and growth.

A successful candidate will enjoy working closely with our internal team, external contacts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy tackling new challenges. This Account Coordinator will have the ability to be creative and entrepreneurial while solving problems and completing time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of Senior Recruiter’s daily client and candidate activities
  • Calendar management for client and candidate activities
  • Learn and perform advanced search techniques to identify candidates potential job placements
  • Conduct phone screens of potential candidates and schedule in-person interviews for Senior Recruiter(s)
  • Complete additional candidate activity including reference calls, sending skills assessments, etc.
  • Extensive email and phone contact with clients and candidates
  • Additional projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, however successful work experience will also be considered
  • 1+ years of experience with customer service, administrative support, or sales highly preferred
  • Technology savvy – comfortable with Excel, social media, data entry, etc.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-starter who can anticipate needs
