Manager of FP&A

Accountants One is working with one our best, repeat clients to help them hire a Manager of FP&A. This is an excellent opportunity that offers advancement and high visibility to executive management. This is a global, $500 million manufacturing company that will double in revenue in the next few years.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing and the associated cost and profit margin analysis to help make operational decisions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing processes while building out a Finance team.

Job Duties:

Analyze and report on Profit Margin on a "by client", "by region", and "by product" basis.
Create and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports
Lead the annual and quarterly budget and revenue forecast
Produce and present ad hoc analysis reports for operational and corporate management team including market and competitor statistics.
Present findings to executive management and private equity sponsor on a regular basis
Create financial models for use in strategic planning
Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) are accurate, up to date and meet target profit margins
Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis and profit analysis to help with operational decisions.
Implement new systems to aide in forecasting, budgeting, analysis and reporting when needed.

Job Requirements:

Accounting or Finance degree
Manufacturing industry experience a must
Seven or more years of corporate financial analysis experience
Advanced Excel skills a must, Power BI required
SQL experience a plus
Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-Suite
Some travel required
