Accountants One has a repeat client on the South Side of Atlanta, in Union City. They are looking for a Controller who will manage a few people and report to the CFO. They will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the purpose and functions of the entire accounting department. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer all questions regarding Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Purchasing etc
• Manage Petty cash
• File Sales and Use Tax Reports
• Establish and maintain Subcontractors licenses in states where required
• Prepare and issue subcontractors
• Manage and collect lien waivers from subcontractors
• Process check runs 
• Bank Reconciliations and prepare commission Reports
• Weekly Reports

Requirements:

• BA Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with ERP system
• Controller/Accounting Manager  3 + years experience
• Construction experience or manufacturing a plus
