Job Duties:

• Prepare month-end close and produce financial statements for multiple business units
• Assist with consolidated financial statements and reporting package for private equity investors
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation, research exceptions
• Assist with consolidated annual audit, provide schedules and documents
• Special projects as assigned by CFO and Controller including M&A projects
• Act as liaison between operating business units and corporate accounting

Job Requirements:

• Accounting degree required, CPA is a plus
• Minimum of three years of full-cycle, corporate accounting
• CPA firm experience preferred, but not required
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong ERP experience
• Ability to multi-task, working on accounting and finance functions
