Our talented and experienced associates manage risk and ultimately support the profitable growth of organizations in a dynamic, competitive and ever-changing marketplace. They are looking to add a Senior Accountant to their Atlanta team. This is a unique accounting role within the insurance industry!

SALARY RANGE 80-95K PLUS DISCRETIONARY BONUS!

Accounting experience required. Strong MS Excel skills a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review monthly tax, fee assessment, and surcharge accrual
• Review Guaranty Fund Asset Account
• Review Other Recoupable Surcharge Asset Account
• Review monthly tax liability account reconciliations
• Maintain tax, fee, assessment and surcharge metrics

• B.A. in Accounting required
• CPA preferred but NOT required
• Prior experience preparing journal entries and performing financial statement analysis required 
• Expert in Pivot Tables and V-lookups in Excel
